Tour to the Tune of Nashville

Experience the place where country music and Southern hospitality converge on this trip to charming Nashville.

About Your Trip

Kick off your stay in Nashville with a private, full-day tour of the area. See Riverfront Park, Ryman Auditorium, the Tennessee State Capitol, Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, the Parthenon, Vanderbilt University, Music Row and RCA Studio B. Explore Nashville’s Farmer’s Market, then head west toward Belle Meade. There, visit the historic Belle Meade Plantation and its beautiful grounds. Listen to a narrated tour through the mansion given by a guide in period clothing and explore other buildings on the grounds on your own. End your day with a barbecue dinner and an evening on Honky Tonk Row.

The following day, take part in an evening tour of Nashville that includes a behind-the-scenes look at the Grand Ole Opry House, where the world’s most beloved and longest-running live radio show is still performed. Then, head over to Opry Mills for a dinner at the unique Aquarium Restaurant, where you will dine around a 200,000-gallon (757,082-liter) tank filled with amazing marine life, such as stingrays and sharks. Afterward, at Madame Tussauds™ Nashville, you can delve into immersive scenes celebrating the city’s musical contributions.

What we love:

• Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center boasts enormous glass-roofed atriums housing numerous shopping and dining options, an indoor riverboat garden cruise, golf course and more.
• Home of the Grand Ole Opry, Nashville has showcased generations of country music artists. It’s the place to be if you’re a music lover.

Destination

Nashville is a big city with small-town Southern charm. Remains of the antebellum United States can be found in stately plantations, inviting you to peer into the country’s past. Sweet tea and fried chicken are embedded in the heritage of the South, but the city’s fruit tea and “hot chicken” put a local twist on these 2 Southern staples.

Nashville’s storied musical past makes it country music’s mecca, earning it the moniker of “Music City.” The sounds of the Grand Ole Opry (just minutes from the Gaylord Opryland Resort), the tastes of The Loveless Cafe and the sights of Centennial Park will make memories of Nashville that are sure to stay with you forever.
